1.Application and acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale
These general terms and conditions of sale (‘GTCS’ ) apply, without restriction or reservation, to all distance sales to any consume r or non-professional purchaser wishing to acquire the products offered for sale by Mr Mathieu RENOUX, manager of the micro-enterprise FUDO-MYOO, SIRET No 804 205 540 00011, whose registered office is at 1 Boulevard Pasteur, Soissons (02200) France.
In particular, they specify the conditions for ordering, payment, delivery and management of any refunds for Products ordered by the Customer on the www.fudo-myoo.com Internet Site.
2. Products
The items sold on the aforementioned site are recognised as antiques, meaning that they are old and subject to potential wear and tear, and may be restored at a later date.
Items considered to be category D weapons, such as Japanese swords or other edged weapons, are prohibited for sale to minors, the Seller being authorised to require proof of identity.
These items are sold as part of a private collection and are under no circumstances intended for any other use. The Company can not be held responsible in the event of criminal use by the Buyer.
3.Order
In order to order one or more items, you must register on the www.fudo-myoo.com website and provide your personal details and delivery address.These personal details will of course only be used for future or current transactions.
The order is finalised upon payment for the item(s) selected.
4.Prices and method of payment
All prices are shown inclusive of all taxes (VAT) in Euro, the full amount is payable when the order is placed .

5.Delivery
Delivery will be made either by direct handover of the Vendor's goods to the Buyer, or by post.
In the case of postal delivery, the delivery time indicated when the order is placed is given for information purposes only and is in no way guaranteed. Consequently, any delay on the part of the carrier in the delivery of the order shall not give rise to any claim for damages on the part of the purchaser, nor to any cancellation of the order. The risk of this type of delivery is born e entirely by the purchaser.
In the case of direct delivery, the delivery date will be agreed in advance between the two parties.
The geographical delivery areas are Europe, North America, Australia and part of Asia.
6.Right of withdraw.
All in accordance with the law, the right of withdrawl applies for 14 days from the date of recipt of the order by the carrier. All return costs are at the buyer's expense and the item being returned must be in the same condition as when it was sent, otherwise no refund will be possible
In the case of hand delivery, the right of withdraw applies on the day of delivery only.
7. Applicable law and disputes
Any dispute, of any nature whatsoever and on any subject whatsoever, which may arise between the parties in relation to or arising from this contract, will be referred to the competent Court of the place of registration of the Seller's registered office.
